    SCCS # B-60:
    Texanex 1983 souvenir card (BEP) featuring a 1976 13¢ Texas State Flag stamp and a block of four of the 1936 3¢ Texas Centennial stamps.
    Cancelled at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing Visitors Center on the first day of issue, June 17, 1983, with a pictorial Visitors Center cancellation.  This is the variety cancelled with Sc. 2035, the Explorer II balloon.
